The Jim Kirwan Scout Hall is one of the largest in the county. The Den is made up of a large hall with wood flooring along with a large alcove at the base of the hall with an open fireplace and couches ideal for indoor campfires. There are both male and female toilets with showers along with a seperate disabled person’s toilet, 2 offices, a large kitchen and a pantry.

- Industrial deep fat fryer
- Large gas oven (pictured above)
- Full compliment of saucepans, crockery and cutlery.
Work is currently on-going at the moment with installation of a new rain water harvester, replacement of clear cladding on the roof, a wet weather shelter and the refurbishment of the ladies toilet block.
